Stars Taxi operates 24/6: around the clock, six days a week. We are closed on Shabbat and Jewish holidays — from Friday sunset until Saturday night. We would rather tell you this upfront than surprise you at the curb. On every other day and hour, including 3 a.m. departures and midnight landings, we are fully at your service — with a price-list price known in advance, a pre-booked car instead of an arrivals-hall queue, and automatic flight tracking.
Plans changed? Cancellation is free before the cutoff, which depends on the fare: 1 hour before pickup for rides up to ₪299, 2 hours for ₪300–399, 3 hours for ₪400–499 and 4 hours for ₪500 and up — by phone, WhatsApp or through the site. Later cancellations carry a fee under our terms.
